There are a lot of good Realtors out there, but Mrs. Timeka Watson is the very best in the business. She not only helped us buy our first home in Florida, but also helped us to sell it and buy another house a few years later. When we decided to move to Georgia, we once again chose Mrs. Timeka and when others were saying that the market was bad and it wasn’t a good idea to sell, Mrs Timeka was able to sale our home for above asking price. There’s a lot of good Realtors out there, but if you want the “Best In The Business” look no further than Mrs. Timeka Watson.

Mickey and his team really made the entire selling process easy. Mickey was informative and receptive to my selling needs. The house was only on the market for a little while and sold in less than a month! I could not be happier with his service. I would highly recommend using Mickey and his team! Thank you Mickey for all the help!

Gina was very professional, helping me navigate through the area’s attributes. Being an out-of-town buyer, she was polite and flexible (even when my flight was delayed getting down from Ohio). Very pleased working with her

Great knowledge of the beach market. Helping us get a good price and quick sale in a tough market
