Leslee helped us buy our home in South Tampa, and what set her apart was her approach: instead of steering us toward a quick decision, she oriented us to the market by driving neighborhoods, touring properties, and helping us understand what we were really looking at. She has an unusually sharp eye for the physical side of homes (structure, mechanics, the things that matter especially in older houses) and became a genuine thought partner as we evaluated properties. She also knew exactly when to offer her perspective and when to let us work through our own thinking, which is a harder skill than it sounds.
