Susan Graves is the best real estate person i have ever done business with. She is professional, knowledgable, friendly and most important, honest. She always looked out for my best interest and never asked me to consider less. You can be certain that Susan will always do her very best for you.

I could not have chosen a better real estate agent to work with in purchasing my Condo. I recently relocated from Northern Virginia; I was looking for a Condo in New Port Richey, Florida. Erica was impressively knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She answered my questions about the Florida purchase process and gathered additional Condo/HOA information which really helped me to make the right decision. She listened and was always understanding. She offered great insight as we viewed several properties. She even negotiated a discount in my favor. It was clear to me that her priority was making sure I found a home that I would be happy in. I truly feel that I made a friend through this process. If you are looking for an A+ Florida real estate agent, I recommend Erica to everyone, especially those who feel hesitant or unsure about how to navigate this crazy market, you will not be disappointed.
