Erica worked with my husband and I for over two years. When we first began thinking about selling our house Erica spent her time going over the sales process and what we should be prepared to do. Things stalled for us but Erica kept in touch. When we actually began our sale process Erica helped us through some unusual circumstances trying to sell to a friend. When that fell through she was there to immediately start the sales process. In about two months we had completed the sale. We were kept informed every step of the way throughout the entire process. Since we lived out of town Erica would often meet someone at the house so we did not have to travel to make an appointment. I can’t say enough about how professional and efficient Erica is and how much we appreciated all she did for us.
