She came to us with a buyer that may be interested. After we saw everything she did to help us sell our property even before we fully committed it was a no brainer. She invested around $1200 in marketing, advertising and professional photos not even knowing if our land would sell! She was invested in us from list to close. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Diane responded immediately to my inquiry about a property. She never let me down, on my search, she pursued my needs knowing I was under a deadline. She kept me informed and when we viewed a property it was picked out for me, she searched for a view, a home in my price range, what she actually thought I would like. Through this course she did not waste my time nor misunderstand my needs. It was a pleasant experience and I did indeed get the deal I needed and wanted. She's professional and keeps the goal in mind!
