Barb is the best! We were doing a very complicated long distance move, and she was a tremendous wealth of knowledge and support. She was so welcoming, helpful, responsive, accommodating, and attentive. She listened to what we were wanting, and found homes for us that would best match our request. She is very knowledgeable in her craft, and has a keen eye for detail. She was quick to point out any flaws or major concerns, and helped guide us every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend her.

Marcia was a great agent to have on my side when looking for an investment property. She was knowledgeable about the different areas of St. Pete and understood what I was looking for when it came to Cap rates etc. This deal would not have happened without her. She was clear in her communication and very responsive. If you want a great agent who will be on YOUR side, pick her!
