I spent many months working with Tammie while she sold my townhome and helped me find a new home. Tammie was very responsive and timely with scheduling viewings on homes. She was able to negotiate the purchase of the home as well as any repairs needed. Tammie left me with some very useful housewarming items and checked in with me a few weeks after I moved in. I also had an opportunity to work with many individuals within the Brownlee Group. Everyone was professional and friendly. We just purchased our Orlando home and it wouldn't have happened without Catherine (Cathy). I live in CA and with Covid19 we had to do the entire transaction virtually. With FaceTime we toured the entire house inside and out. She even took me on a virtual tour in her car of the neighborhood. She was very patient and gave us a prompt accurate response to all of our questions. She helped us with the loan, walk through and signing. I never left my living room. Cathy is very personable and we are very happy.
