Joe always had our best interest in the sale of our home. Even when challenges would arise he was able to communicate to our understanding. He kept us informed of delicate situations and was always professional. He went above the standard to market our home with an open house and mail outs. Joe gave advice on staging and the photography was great. When the water temperature seemed to be in question, Joe personally went to our home to check it out. On another occasion, he offered the name of a handyman service. We live in Lutz, FL and we highly recommend Joe Lewkowicz.

Chuck and Katie were absolutely wonderful to work with and went far beyond anything we could have expected from a real estate team. Our time to look at properties was often very limited. On one weekend, despite extremely heavy rain and wind, Chuck spent the day taking us to see six properties because he knew how much effort we had made to arrange the time and how limited it was. Chuck has even come over personally to check on work being done and make sure things are going as they should. That level of care and commitment, long after the sale was completed, is truly exceptional and has meant a great deal to us. They also made our closing special with wonderful housewarming gifts, including a beautifully framed photograph of us at the property from the very first day we saw it—a thoughtful gesture we will always treasure. Chuck and Katie are knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring people.
