We just purchased our Orlando home and it wouldn't have happened without Catherine (Cathy). I live in CA and with Covid19 we had to do the entire transaction virtually. With FaceTime we toured the entire house inside and out. She even took me on a virtual tour in her car of the neighborhood. She was very patient and gave us a prompt accurate response to all of our questions. She helped us with the loan, walk through and signing. I never left my living room. Cathy is very personable and we are very happy.

Other realtors we tried didn’t try after the first showing. She was a lot of fun plus professional. We would find something that interested us call her and she would tell us if it was what we were looking for. She called wanting to come by and visit before we left to go back to Illinois. We worked with her dec and Jan 2019. She really put in effort to help us get our house. Would highly recommend her!!

I couldn’t have ask for a better realtor Catherine was wonderful very Patient kind and honest, at first I thought there was no way I could own a home but with the encouragement and knowledge Catherine gave me helped me to believe it was possible.
