As first time home buyers, we didn't know what to do first or what to expect. Bethany was great about giving us the steps we we need in advance, things to watch out for during the search process, and basically guiding us at every point, which we really appreciated.

Mr. Tamayo has now sold 2 homes for me within the same neighborhood. Both homes were accurately priced with having secured full asking price within 2 weeks of the listing. Mr. Tamayo is responsive to texts and is thorough in all docusign documents you are sent so you know what your signing. His guidance and navigation through the selling/buying process while providing option opinions along the way are invaluable.

We had an outstanding experience working with Javi. From the very beginning, he was dedicated, responsive, and always had our best interests in mind. He worked tirelessly to negotiate on our behalf, successfully lowered the purchase price, and made sure we got the best possible deal. Throughout the entire process, he was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. His professionalism, commitment, and attention to detail truly set him apart. We are incredibly grateful for all of his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking real estate agent.
