This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

Sheila handled my land purchase very professionaly and was always available to help with any of my questions and concerns. Thank you!!

Mario was referred to us by a mutual friend. Mario treated us like family and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. We were moving from Germany and Mario ensured he met our goals while dealing with the time difference. He continued to support after closing to ensure our transition went smoothly. Would highly recommend Mario to anyone looking for a hands on realtor and we will definitely look to Mario if we ever choose to move.

Lisa was very helpful with the whole buying process. From setting up viewings, to arranging inspections and even helping me get good house insurance. Her knowledge of the Polk county area and house buying process was top notch.
