I have looked up buying a home for years before finally going for it myself. I've heard of nightmares and how difficult the process is. And before Renata came along, I almost gave up buying one myself. After working with a few different realtors, I had just about threw my money into stocks to wait another few years. We talked and it went straight to dinner that same week. She wanted to see who she was going to do business with. I felt cared about and respected the entire time about my vision to what I wanted. Before the food even came, I had signed the paperwork to have her as my full time agent. Anything and everything that came up with a MULTITUDE of reading, she would explain it to me as if I were 5 cause I would easily get a headache even trying. She did great letting me know exactly what I was getting into and I never had to second think anything. She was with me every single step of the way. If I needed help with something she was a call away. She fought for me to have the best deal and taught me things I didn't even know about when it came to the back and forth on pricing negotiation. We closed within 30 days and everything felt so easy with her. I was taken care of and I 100% will be going with her again for my next house that I get in the future. As a first-time homebuyer, I started this journey with very little confidence or knowledge about buying a new home. Sudhir Prabhuji was there for me through every step, not only as my realtor but also as a great moral support. He showed us many houses with incredible patience and always gave us different options. He never pressured us to buy anything. I have seen other realtors push clients toward a property to close the deal, but Sudhir never once did that. He negotiated everywhere possible for my benefit—from builder incentives and closing items to the mortgage and even the home insurance quote. He was always asking what more could be done to save me money and get me the best deal. Some of the incentives he helped us get were beyond what I expected. Even after closing, he continues to check on us and make sure everything is going well. During this journey, he became more than our realtor; he became like family. For Sudhir, clients are not transactions. He treats them like his own family. Without his patience, guidance, negotiations, and moral support, achieving this dream would have been much harder for us.
