Jessica from day one was a Fantastic agent to work with! She first started working with us from a distance( 1000 miles away ) by video walking thru a number of houses with us. We then developed a plan and route of houses we were interested in seeing for our visit. Her knowledge of the area, and market, in both older and newer houses as well as properties and builder was top notch. We were back and forth on buying a home or build on a property and ended up purchasing a home and Jessica was with us every step of the way, answering questions, running down recommendation and being a true professional all the way! I highly recommend Jessica to anyone serious in finding a home or property to build on............ you will not be disappointed!!!

Having not sold or bought a home in over 30 years Joan made the whole process go smoothly. Her knowledge of real estate procedures made the whole process easier. She is a great and kind person. A pleasant and friendly professional
