A man of his word - Eric got our house sold in a difficult market - ably assisted by a strong team.

I’ve worked with many realtors through the years, but Alina Pineda is the BEST! Through multiple deals I’ve found her to be a talented professional, who is hard working, smart, knowledgeable, tenacious, eternally optimistic, intuitive, courteous, conscientious, communicative/(very important), authentic, a savvy marketer and negotiator, and sweet and kind to boot; and no, I was not paid to write this review! Alina is just that good. She’ll go the “extra mile” for you (both literally and figuratively) and despite being busy, she has that rare ability of the uber successful, to make you feel like you’re her only client. You just get the sense that she’s got your back. While other realtors might care about their deals for their clients (to one degree or another) Alina will make you FEEL and BELIEVE that she cares about YOU! And THAT is what sets her apart. She’s also a talented photographer. Whether you’re buying, selling, or renting, you can trust, and count on, Alina Pineda to come through for all your real estate needs.

Michelle was very diligent in locating properties for us to review w/in our price range. Very professional in all aspects of the experience, we would recommend her to anyone.
