Karen Tyree is a superb agent

Karen is the best agent a person could ask for. We were looking for a home in Florida and spent most of the year in Maryland. Karen knew what we were looking for and on a number of occasions went to see homes for us within hours of a call from us. The house we finally bought site unseen was as a result of Karen seeing the house within an hour of it coming on the market and she negotiated successfully for us and it was ours by the end of the day!!! She knew it was exactly what we were searching for and moved on it quickly on our behalf.
