Karen is the best agent a person could ask for. We were looking for a home in Florida and spent most of the year in Maryland. Karen knew what we were looking for and on a number of occasions went to see homes for us within hours of a call from us. The house we finally bought site unseen was as a result of Karen seeing the house within an hour of it coming on the market and she negotiated successfully for us and it was ours by the end of the day!!! She knew it was exactly what we were searching for and moved on it quickly on our behalf.

I can’t speak highly enough of Janet as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is very detail oriented. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was always available to answer any of our questions. I never realized how much work there was in selling a house and Janet worked tirelessly to make the whole process less stressful. During negotiations we always felt like Janet had our best interest in mind. We have and will continue to recommend her to all of our family and friends.
