Carol Fuchs was very nice to deal with. She was very knowledgeable of the values in the park and helped us in determining the asking price for our home. She was very trustworthy with the lockbox and she kept an eye on our home while we were back in our own main residence several states away. She would communicate with me multiple times as we were going through the listing period. Carol worked diligently to schedule multiple open house meetings which is how we eventually sold our home. She knew we cared about leaving our second home and she was compassionate in how we felt. We would certainly do business again with her if the opportunity comes up.
