I’ve worked with many realtors through the years, but Alina Pineda is the BEST! Through multiple deals I’ve found her to be a talented professional, who is hard working, smart, knowledgeable, tenacious, eternally optimistic, intuitive, courteous, conscientious, communicative/(very important), authentic, a savvy marketer and negotiator, and sweet and kind to boot; and no, I was not paid to write this review! Alina is just that good. She’ll go the “extra mile” for you (both literally and figuratively) and despite being busy, she has that rare ability of the uber successful, to make you feel like you’re her only client. You just get the sense that she’s got your back. While other realtors might care about their deals for their clients (to one degree or another) Alina will make you FEEL and BELIEVE that she cares about YOU! And THAT is what sets her apart. The woman knows her stuff. She knows the area, prices, the schools. Name it she knows it. She has amazing negotiation skills, product knowledge, she's reliable, and she listens. When you tell Alina what you have on your vey long wish list she sets out to get everyone of those things on that and she did for me!!! The best realtor in South Florida!

The seller was an absolute nightmare. After signing the contract and accepting my deposit he tried to change his mind. They ignored my calls and emails for 2 months. Alina had my back the whole time.
