Guylaine Fontaine is an extraordinary realtor. She was my first and only choice upon making the decision to sell my home. She's a career real estate agent, not someone new to the field as part of a mid-life career change, as many seem to be. As such, I benefited from her 20+ years of experience with respect to her wisdom in how to price and show the home to maximal benefit, her negotiating skills (knowing when to hold firm and when to yield), and her understanding of how to best leverage the nuances in the contract language, proactively addressing issues that might escape a less knowledgeable agent. Guylaine is very communicative, usually responding to my myriad texts/calls/emails within minutes or hours at most, and with concise, clear answers. She will be my agent when I buy my next home. It's not even a close call. If you seek an agent who will invest substantial energy and bring long experience to bear on your behalf--if you seek an agent who allows you to sleep well at night, knowing she has your back--she's your realtor. She has my unequivocal endorsement.

The best thing about working with Jake is he kept me on track for my search of the home. He handle the sale of my home and the purchase of the new home. He always followed up with the other realtors if they were holding anything up he jump in and fix it. Jake was a pleasure to work with and I recommend him a number of times since.

Alex was Simply outstanding. I highly recommend him.
