Having purchased properties for past 10 years, I have gone through many agents. Romina is hands down the best person with whom I have worked. What is great about Romina is that she takes the initiative, instinctively knows what you might like, and is willing to give you options until you find just the right property. She is easy to reach and quick to respond. I have never seen her stressed or bothered by my multiple requests. In some cases when issues arose before and during closing, she did whatever she could to remove the hurdles and closed the deal. These are valuable personality traits to have as an agent. I have recommended her to my friends and am still working with her on some rental units.

Been living in South Florida for 12 years. In that time I’ve probably dealt with close to 15 realtors. James is far and away the hardest working, most attentive and most responsive realtor I have ever worked with. His knowledge of the markets in Palm Beach County and Broward county are beyond what I ever imagined. I told James he better never change professions so I don’t ever have to look for another realtor again. This is a text message I sent him this morning.... “James - just wanted to say thanks again for everything. I will be moving by next spring. Possibly sooner. When I do, you will hear from me. You work hard for your clients and as big of a pain as Carolina and I were, you never showed it. Anyone I know who needs a broker, I will not only send them your way, I will tell them no broker in south Florida will ever work as hard for his clients as you do.”

Working with Bryan was a great experience… He's got a great personality, very optimistic , and it was very easy to communicate with. My house had been on the market for a year with two different realtors, my first realtor was green and totally clueless. her ideas and suggestions cost me thousands and was a total disaster. my second realtor brought a lot of people in, but no offers were made. after each of their six month contracts expired, i took my time and that's when i struck gold. Bryan Gold. I appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness. He started bringing in potential buyers right away and within the first couple of months I had an offer… however; the offer fell through as the buyers backed out, i was pretty bummed, but Bryan was optimistic and kept grinding it out for me and then... BOOM. 2 weeks later i got an offer (Who eventually ended up buying the unit), and then another offer as a backup. He got me 3 offers in just a couple of months when my other realtors failed to get me anything at all. he follows up with everybody that comes to look and was present for most showings. i wish i would had found him from the beginning. can't say enough great things about this guy. HIRE THIS MAN ALREADY!
