We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the process.I really appreciate Melkys and Wilder for going above and beyond and made the process less stressful.

Josh and his team did an amazing job. Listed the house, brought the home the team out, shot videos and helped me every step of the way. I have worked with a lot of realtors being in the construction industry and hands down Josh is the best. Above and beyond on service, got me above asking, helped with small repairs, and had 3 showings the day it was listed!!! He was a blessing to me and my family!
