Purchasing a property that this price point can be very risky if you don’t have an experienced Realtor on your side. Gil was always on point contacting our inspectors, our lenders, the sellers and making sure every I was dotted and T crossed. I highly recommend Gil to anyone looking for a pro that doesn’t mind getting down into the nitty gritty of a transaction.

We had been to seen an advertisement for Keller- Williams and was connected to Gilbert “ Gil”. He immediately made us feel welcome, and we knew we had finally found the right realtor. Gil, was our advocate! If we had questions, and when you are a first time home owner you will have a million questions. Gil never once made us feel like we were bothering him, he encouraged all of our questions. He came with us to every open house, and this helped greatly! He knew exactly the details of every house, even gave us estimate of how much things would cost to replace or repair. Gil made it easy for us to search through homes in Miami Dade county and helped us find our dream home. As much as the house market is crazing and the paperwork can be a hassle, it’s really comforting to have someone like Gil on your side, to help you through every step of the way.
