We have been trying to find that one perfect place for a long time. Would make sure I wouldn't just sign a contract with any property. Would make sure if everything was clean eith the HOA if association is involved, aliens against the property, would make sure I would make the most accurate offer as to what the surrounding area was sold for. Will definitely call Richard again for any future property buying.
