We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies. Heath stepped in to take on our listing after another realtor could not get any traction after 90 days on market. He pursued us since we had a mutual connection from the past and he had plenty of ideas of how to get the deal done. The market in that area was challenging for many reasons, but Heath’s persistence in holding open houses, checking in on the home, sending out messaging, and even going so far as to stand outside the home during open houses to catch drive by’s definitely made a difference in getting the property sold. We appreciated his honesty and expertise when we had questions and how quick he was to find us answers when we needed them. As first time sellers, we felt well taken care of. We would definitely recommend his services to buyers and sellers!
