I recently had the pleasure of working with Juan Miguel Corando to purchase our new retirement home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Juan was professional. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Juan and his team came through with their commitment to excellence. Their negotiation skills were first-rate – they consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Throughout our journey, Juan demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for research or require more information on a particular property, they took it all in stride. They went out of their way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding.

Very patient, knowledgeable. Helped me buy my first home. Understood what i needed and helped me find it within a reasonable timeframe. Totally recommend him.

This is the 2nd time I have worked with Rob and he has been phenomenal both times. He listens to what YOU want and doesn't waste your time. He does his research, explains the market to you and doesn't over promise. Rob also makes you his number one priority when working with him.

And Armando is very professional and extremely responsive. We had a great experience throughout this process.I recommend Armando If you are buying a home or selling the home.
