Vinico was able to create an excellent listing for our property & achieve 3 (at our price) offers within 3 days. He then helped successfully guide our sale process through (city) regulatory issues, property mgmt vendor delays, a new roof being installed on the building and other challenges. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Yevette highly enough! I was buying a home from out of state, which could have easily been a complete nightmare, but she made the entire process so much easier. Yevette looked at A LOT of homes for me, and she was incredibly patient through every showing, every question, every change of direction, and all the complications that come with trying to buy a house when you aren’t even in the same state. She was always responsive, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I knew exactly what I was looking at. I never felt pressured to settle for a house that wasn’t right. Once we finally found the one, she stayed on top of everything from the inspection and appraisal to repairs, negotiations, credits, and closing. And there were definitely some headaches along the way! Through all of it, I always felt like Yevette was in my corner and looking out for me. Buying a house from hundreds of miles away requires a huge amount of trust, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I’m now happily settled into my Florida home, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without Yevette. If you’re looking for someone patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in finding you the right home, she’s the one. Five stars and then some!

We were new to the area and Kathy made us feel welcome, suggesting a few places to try. Since we were a couple hours away she assisted with the home inspection. She was very responsive to all our questions and kept us informed. We would definitely recommend Kathy.
