And when it came down to the negotiation and closing aspects, she was a shark. And boy did we need one! The buyer was very aggressive and did everything possible to achieve a better deal, but Debbie stepped in at every moment in order to protect our interests. Couldn't have asked for a better negotiator and a better sales person. She truly brings the entire package.
