Coming from NY I had a high expectation for all things. Erika did not disappoint. Extremely professional and really took care of every aspect of my apt purchase journey. Excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with. I really needed someone who I could easily speak with, without any apprehension. She really went out of her way to make sure every aspect, from my property search, to closing and beyond. Whatever I needed she was there. I was so satisfied with the elite and professional service that I purchased 2 properties with her guidance. Erika is extremely patient and really makes the whole experience as stressless as it could possibly be. She is also very knowledgeable about the market and neighborhoods and is an excellent resource. I learned that she is a great negotiator in guiding on price. I worked with Carlos for about 6 months on the sale of my condominium. During this "short" time, he was able to achieve what my two prior agents had not, in the span of a year prior. I only wish I would've known and contracted with him earlier. Carlos was very engaged and worked with me in a very collaborative fashion. Despite having many clients, he was never passive or complacent about the process of marketing my apartment, or making me feel like a priority, something I had previously experienced. We had two offers before the final one and each time that an offer came (or fell through), he brought his financing and negotiating expertise to the table, and he was not shy to challenge the buyer's agents to achieve the outcome we had both agreed we wanted. He asked probing questions about how I was managing the property during the period it was empty and listed for sale that allowed me to save money and he has a multitude of resources as it relates to insurance, home improvements, etc., which helped get the property tweaked perfectly for sale. He worked well with my closing agent and was always available to discuss any questions or concerns, or discuss sales strategies, including owner financing, which was a first for me. He was professional, empathic, and thorough and I have no hesitation in recommending Carlos to any seller or engaging him as my agent again, if the opportunities presents itself.
