September 2018 we bought our dream home! Ms. Mizrahi was our realtor . When we started looking for a house, 6 to 7 months prior, we hired ms. Mizrahi. It was not an easy journey! We saw tiny houses priced way over ou budget. Houses that needed to much work etc. Ms. Mizrahi was there for us more like a friend than realtor. When we saw something acceptable but we dint really like, instead of pushing us to buy, faster money for her, she convinced us to wait and that our dream home is out there. And oh boy she was right! Few weeks later we find our dream home! It was the very first time that all four of us, my husband, our kids and I, loved a house and we could see our family growing older in this home! I am not a person that reviews much, neither products or services. I just want to take this opportunity, since Shane definitely deserves my time, to tell anybody that wants to listen, how professional, capable, market knowledgeable, understanding and PATIENCE he is. In this market, (Miami real state) where most of everything is over promised and under delivered, Shane Graber it was a blessing. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for him. We meet over two years ago, when he sold me the house we currently live in. Today we remain friends, and that for me is important. if you want to sell your house, call him, if you want to buy a house call him and ask what he has in his reach, you will not be disappointed.
