I am not a person that reviews much, neither products or services. I just want to take this opportunity, since Shane definitely deserves my time, to tell anybody that wants to listen, how professional, capable, market knowledgeable, understanding and PATIENCE he is. In this market, (Miami real state) where most of everything is over promised and under delivered, Shane Graber it was a blessing. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for him. We meet over two years ago, when he sold me the house we currently live in. Today we remain friends, and that for me is important. if you want to sell your house, call him, if you want to buy a house call him and ask what he has in his reach, you will not be disappointed.
