I just want to take this opportunity, since Shane definitely deserves my time, to tell anybody that wants to listen, how professional, capable, market knowledgeable, understanding and PATIENCE he is. In this market, (Miami real state) where most of everything is over promised and under delivered, Shane Graber it was a blessing. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for him. We meet over two years ago, when he sold me the house we currently live in. Today we remain friends, and that for me is important. if you want to sell your house, call him, if you want to buy a house call him and ask what he has in his reach, you will not be disappointed.

We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies. We ventured to this area and were introduced to Niel Allen, who provided the most top notch service and communication. It took well over a year of hunting around the St Pete area until we found an absolute gem of a house. It will be our main residence and we had a lot of specifics/wishes for our dream home. Niel was available around the clock when we were living in London, sending viable listings and hopping on the phone to discuss options and help us become more familiar with the neighborhoods we were drawn to. We have started moving in and Niel is continuing to provide help with finding local service providers or any other questions we have. Between the two of us we’ve bought and sold over 10 homes collectively. Nothing came close to working with Niel!
