She was easy to get ahold of, answered all our questions, and helped us through every step without making it stressful. Buying a home from a distance can be a lot, but she made it feel pretty smooth. This purchase was with my 90 year old uncle who gave Michele quite the run for her money. She was so very patient with him explaining the purchase and terms to him many times. She met with us multiple times to look at the house. Once he signed the purchase contract he changed his mind and wanted out of the purchase. She immediately came over and discussed his concerns with him. He was quibbling over $5,000 which I encouraged him to offer over asking price. Michele patiently explained how this could help him secure the house. A fter convincing; he went thru with the purchase. Michele then scrambled to reinstate the purchase contract. This review asked about her knowledge of the real estate market; I will say that she has more knowledge in this area than most. She could ge an instructor in this area
