This is the 4th time I have used John as my Real Estate Agent. He gets it done! He is always professional and available to answer any questions along the way of the looking and purchase process.

What made Erica stand out was how genuinely she cared about our comfort in every stage of the process. From showing us houses that came very close to all we wanted to taking me to a restroom when we were waiting for the inspections to be completed on the house we did want to buy. We felt like a friend was working with us to find our new home. When we went to the final walk-through before closing and found that the house & yard still had stuff that needed to be removed, Erica got on the phone with the sellers agent & read him the riot act. Then she negotiated an extra $1000 to compensate for the inconvenience caused by having people still working on our property even after closing.

There's so much positive feedback I can give about Candace Cecil. Emilie Parker is the kind of buyer’s agent you wish you could clone and send to every state. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with. If every agent were like Emilie, this job would be a lot less stressful, and a lot more tasty. Highly recommend!
