His direction and guidance was invaluable. He helped us prepare the home for sale and to address all the details of closing accounts, ( such as propane, electricity, taxes, etc. ) staging, and dealing with the purchaser’s agent. He provided drone overhead photos as well as excellent inside and outside photos featuring our home. Every step of the way we felt comfortable with the process. He listened to all our questions and addressed them all. He was never pushing us, rather he was assisting us on whatever came up. His skills as a mediator were invaluable. His consideration also included the needs of the buyer. This made the whole process smooth and without stress. Jamie was extremely helpful during my home buying process. This is my 3rd experience buying a home and she has been the most responsive, answering my texts almost immediately or calling me within the hour when needed, helping me get to do tasks done like estimates and ordering the inspection, reaching out to help with homeowners insurance, coordinating with the mortgage company (even when I switched companies) seamlessly and just generally being a support to me.
