I can list all the things that make Jacki Harris a great realtor- she’s detailed, thorough, organized, willing to go the extra miles, respectful, excellent in keeping us informed, doesn’t get flustered at any “issues” or obstacles - a true professional! These are all amazing qualities for certain but beyond that she is someone you know you can ABSOLUTELY trust that has your best interests as her top priority. A real gem.

I had the pleasure of working with Holly as I was shopping for my first home. I’m happy to say that after a lot of hard work and negotiation on Holly’s part, I was able to get into the first home of my dreams for a great price. We met Pamela by chance when my husband selected a house to see from a Zillow listing. She shared with us other listings we may be interested in and we explained we weren’t in a hurry. It could be a year before we found what we liked. Well - 2 weeks later we own a new home and it’s all because of Pamela. She called around on properties that were pending or something we might be interested in. She contacted and set up meetings for us with a GC to discuss remodels. One of the listings that she sent us had a lot of what we were looking for but it was over our budget. She brought it back to us when she learned from her calling around that the seller was very motivated and willing to take offers. We were able to get the house for 80% of the asking price. I think what makes Pamela so good to work with is that she is not pushy but also doesn’t hesitate to call or reach out to anyone that can provide information on a listing or property. Even if that’s a contractor or decorator that would be helping working with us after the sale. Margaret was a great agent for us when we sold our home in FL to move to PA. She understood our motivations and our timeline, and also gave us great peace of mind in her attending each showing and anything needed for the home. She had great contacts to handle small repairs after inspections. She also had a great pricing strategy that enabled us to get multiple offers ion the first day on market, greatly reducing the inconvenience of selling with a child and pets by going under contract within 24 hours with a strong buyer and offer.
