From showing us houses that came very close to all we wanted to taking me to a restroom when we were waiting for the inspections to be completed on the house we did want to buy. When we went to the final walk-through before closing and found that the house & yard still had stuff that needed to be removed, Erica got on the phone with the sellers agent & read him the riot act.
