Chris is outstanding!!! He was always available to answer question and dispel any fears or concerns. He had the right people to take quality photos of our listing, he provided a detail through description of the home which included the many amenities surrounding us only highlighting the benefits of purchasing our property bringing us top dollar!!! As potential buyers and their realtors tried to persuade us in different directions Chris was there to take charge and run the necessary interference so that we were taken advantage of. Chris is a true gentleman and will work extremely hard with and for you. The entire transaction was seamless and stress free. I will ALWAYS use Chris for any other real estate transaction I have and would encourage you to do the same!
