Benondre provided the most pleasant experience throughout our decision to sell our property that was currently occupied by tenants. From assisting in pricing the home through the scheduling of showings with my tenant, the process was seamless to the final closing after receiving multiple offers within days above asking. We will definitely be using her services, when we once again search for a property.

Nini truly cares about her clients. I felt she listened to my needs and concerns and adjusted our game plan accordingly. She holds great knowledge of the current market and has a big team backing her up. She kept us informed and in the loop throughout the entire process.

TRACY RETURNED ALL MY CALLS AND WAS PROFFESIONAL IN GETTING ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO ME IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD RECOMEND USING HER AS YOUR AGENT.
