She actively organized open houses for me every week, using her professional skills and tirelessly promoting my property. She also offered me many suggestions I hadn't anticipated, all with my own consideration in mind. For example, regarding the price of the house, which is paramount in the current sluggish real estate market. The buyer lowered the price, and I agreed to it, but she insisted on the original price and even asked me to raise it, which I refused. She was very helpful and patient with me. We looked at several places and she didnt rush us. I would call her all the time for questions and she was always their to answer questions and if she didnt have the answer for some of my crazy questions she would find the answer and call me back. I would go through her if I was to buy another home. She was very professional and kind.
