As a first-time homebuyer, there were a lot of things about the process that were completely new to me, but she made the entire experience feel manageable from beginning to end. What stood out to me most was the amount of genuine care, time, patience, and attention she gave me throughout the process. I never felt like I was just another client or another transaction. She listened to what I wanted, answered my questions, stayed on top of everything that needed to be done, and was incredibly efficient every step of the way. Whenever something needed attention, she handled it. Whenever I needed guidance, she was there. And throughout the entire process, I genuinely felt like she cared about making sure I ended up in the right home, not simply closing a sale. Gregg is what you hope for in a realtor. In my situation he wasn’t going to make a large amount of money but he always keep me informed and continued to work for me after multiple set backs and delays that honestly had nothing to due with him or the seller. He had to go back to the seller on my behave several times to ask for extensions due to delays in my loan approval process. Ginally after almost 7 months we were able to close the deal on some vacant land I was trying to aquire to build a house on. I will recommend him not only to my friends but my family as well
