Shirley prepared the contract, ordered the inspection, reviewed the inspection report and steered me to a wonderful contractor for minor repairs and walked me through every step of homeownership in The Villages along with a good bit of cautionary advice. Prior to closing, she made sure that everything was in order. I am delighted to say that Shirley is now a friend I look forward to spending time with when my NC to FL move is complete!
