As a first time home buyer I wasn't exactly sure what sort of hot mess I was getting into-- particularly given the fact that I am still currently located on the opposite coast. Despite the somewhat convoluted process home buying can be, Lucinda made everything run as smoothly as possible. She not only organized the myriad assortment of inspections, appraisals, and general chaos, but she went above and beyond to be communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering my 47 million questions. As with buying any home (or so I am told), there were some snafus and odd things that came up. Each time Lucinda stepped in and took care of it. I felt like she 100% listened to what my needs were, what I could afford, and made every effort to make it happen. I never felt like I received anything less than 110% customer service even though I was not buying an uber expensive property. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking in the area, especially if they're considering horse property.

Debbie was so nice to work with! She was very helpful to us and worked diligently to find us the property we were looking for. She sold our previous home and several neighbors told us how lucky we were to have her as our realtor. They spoke with her at our open houses and they were all impressed with her.
