I made a blind call to her looking for information on a piece of property that was NOT her listing. I could not get the listing agent to return my call. I poked around for another listing in the same area and she was the first listing. Explained what I need. Long story short, that piece didn't work out but another piece did. She videotaped it for us and the rest is history. We have not "met" but will one day!

Kathy was very responsive and made me feel like she was in my corner the whole time. I would joke that she was part therapist during some of the negotiations and paper work. I highly recommend Kathy!
