Jennifer's integrity and proactive work ethic is such a plus. She doesn't give up until you're at the Closing Table. When I purchased the house, it was an estate sale. She made sure the sellers had everything done before the listing was presented and when a couple of unexpected items came up from my lender, she was on it to get it remedied right away. Listing with Jennifer was so easy. She held the Open Houses more than I expected her to and always followed up with each potential buyer or their agent to see what they thought. She would take the negative comments and turn them into positives before the next Open House was done.
