Really cant say enough good things about Lynne as a realtor and person. She was kind, courteous, very responsive to questions and extremely professional. As a first time home buyer in a tough market, I thought my chances of finding the right house were slim to none. She put together a plan that worked for me and hunted the market, finding me a house rather quickly. Of course, my situation was unique as every situation is, but the diligence she displayed seemed innate. Negotiations, repairs, closing, etc. all went smoothly and I feel confident in my purchase.

Dawned was always friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable during our interactions. I feel she took a personal interest in helping me find the perfect house. If she didn’t immediately know the answer to my question, she quickly followed up. At one point, I became frustrated with the buying process, she was patient and gave me space. If I need a realtor in the future she will be the first one I call.
