I give Cathie an awesome review. I live in San Diego, Ca with an unimproved property in Richmond Ky. Cathie researched and found my phone number and called to ask if I knew someone else besides me was selling my 1 acre lot by marketing it on the internet and with for sale signs posted on the property. I had no such knowledge. I thought that I had sold the lot to a company in Florida ( Land sellers ) and was waiting for them to wire me the proceeds agreed to. Cathie found they were advertising on the internet to sell my lot for way more than I had agreed for them to buy it. This was/is a scam since they were using my land as their inventory to sell and who knows if they would even had paid me. After my contract with the Florida company expired and they had not sold the land at their inflated price I called Cathie and gave the exclusive right to sell it. Not only did she save me from the scammers but she found me a responsible buyer at a better price. My lot is now expertly, and professionally sold at the correct value of the land. Thank you so much Cathie. I will always recommend you as a honest, caring, and professional RE agent.

I don’t know how to begin, there’s so many kind words to say about Cathie! I have worked with Cathie a few times and no matter the length of time between working together she treats me like her best friend. I trust Cathie with anything, she has never failed me. She will work with you, advocate for you, even be a shoulder to cry on with stress, or a friend to celebrate the success of selling/buying a home. I recommend Cathie to anyone who will listen and tell people they are nuts if they choose anyone else. I have moved out of state but you can guarantee that if/when I move back to Kentucky I’ll be calling her first thing.

When mom passed away we needed to list her house. Being out of state we were not sure what the market was like down there or who to contact. Cathie was recommended to us and she knew the area well and was very helpful and honest. She came and looked at the property, told us what needed to be done in order to get the best price. Then she also recommended contractors that she was familiar with who helped us get the property ready to sell. Cathie told us what to do to stage the home and walked us thru each and every step of the process. In the end the property sold in just a few days and for more than asking price.

Cathie is the most Efficient and knowledgeable realtor out there. We’ve sold two houses with her now and both transactions have been smooth and easy. She answers any questions you have making it a no stress situation. You cannot go wrong choosing her as your realtor. The only thing I’m sad about is I have no more to sell!
