Real estate teams in Fayette County

I can’t say enough good things about Amy Holman! I’ve purchased several homes through Amy over the years, and she has been absolutely outstanding every single time. Amy is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. She always goes above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her experience, attention to detail, and knowledge of the real estate market have been invaluable to me. I think the best compliment I can give Amy is that I keep coming back to her. When you’ve trusted someone with several home purchases, that says a lot. She has earned my trust time and time again, and I know I can always count on her to look out for my best interests. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend Amy Holman. She’s not just a great real estate agent—she’s someone you can truly trust!

Amy was amazing from start to finish. From day one we felt like she was a long-time friend and she was always available to answer a question or share a joke. She was committed to getting us through the process as easily as possible and setting us up for success in our sale. The photography services provided by the team were top notch and Amy made sure we had the place looking its best for picture day. We felt informed at every step and if we did have a question, Amy was super responsive. Truly excellent experience for our first time selling a home and our only regret is that we moved out of state and can’t work with Amy and the team again. Five stars all around!

Buying our first home was a huge milestone, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, our realtor was knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our many questions. She guided us through every step of the process, from making an offer to inspections, repairs, underwriting, and closing, making what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable. When issues came up, she advocated for us and made sure everything was handled professionally. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart, and we truly appreciated her honesty, communication, and attention to detail. The entire agency was wonderful to work with as well. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and made us feel like valued clients instead of just another transaction. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we’re now happily settled into our new home. We would highly recommend our realtor and her agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for helping make one of the biggest moments of our lives such a positive and memorable experience!

Maggie helped me buy this house years ago and was there for me again when it was time to sell. She made a difficult time so much easier, sold my house quickly, and was always patient and responsive—even when I had a million questions! I’m so grateful for all her help and support and couldn’t recommend her more!

Maggie was exceptionally kind and generous with her time during the entire selling process and provided wonderful staging advice that I believe had a material effect on the property selling so fast. Very grateful for her as our agent.

When starting the search for my forever home I was put in contact with Maggie Wells and her team. From the very start of this process to the closing table Maggie went above and beyond to ensure I got all the things I requested in the deal. Purchasing a home for can be very stressful but any uncertainty, or questions I had, Maggie was immediate with response and reassurance. Her professionalism is and was immaculate and I am very grateful for her and Ryan.

Sandy Allnutt is a wonderful realtor. She walked with me every step of the way with the sale of my home. It was a very emotional time and many unknowns for me and she made each step of the sale very easy. We got in a bidding war with the sale and she helped me make a clear concise decision by her explanations of all the pros and cons for each offer and I ended up choosing an offer above asking price. She kept in touch even during a personal family time trip which was greatly appreciated. I plan to stay in South Carolina but If I ever move back to Lexington, Sandy is the first person I will call!

This is the fourth home Sandy has helped me buy over the years. She also sold two previous homes for me. She is a true professional and was very patient in my recent search for a new home. She is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I would highly recommend Sandy and her team!

We couldn’t have asked for a better group to help us buy our home in Lexington. We were buying from out of town and Sandy went above and beyond to help us. She was straightforward, kind, and honest. Her son and husband also helped too. They truly know the definition of customer service and helping others! Will use them again in the future pending other homes we will purchase and recommend them to anyone needing to buy a home in the area!!
