Real estate teams in Clark County

I could not have asked for a better experience than I had with Maggie Wells and the Live in Kentucky Homes Team. From our first conversation through closing and even after I moved in, Maggie and her team consistently went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, patient, and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many I had. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and I always felt informed and supported. What impressed me most was that they genuinely cared. They advocated for me throughout the transaction, worked hard behind the scenes to solve problems, accommodated scheduling changes, and even checked on me after closing to make sure everything was going well. She cared about my peace of mind just as much as getting me to the closing table. Even after closing, the relationship did not end. They surprised me with a thoughtful housewarming gift, and continued to be available whenever I had questions. Those are small acts that say a great deal about the character of a realtor. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make. Maggie and her entire team made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and manageable. I never felt like just another client. I felt like I had people in my corner who genuinely wanted the best outcome for me. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and truly cares about her clients long after the papers are signed, I cannot recommend Maggie Wells and the Live in Kentucky Homes Team highly enough.

Ryan made the home selling process easy and stress free. He was always available and happy to help with any questions and concerns. We couldn’t have made it through without him!

The Vanessa vale team was very patient with my children during multiple showings we had to bring them along for!

Shannon did a tremendous job with helping my wife and I sell my fathers estate in an efficient and timely manner. With the current trends in the housing market, it was our main goal to get this house off the market sooner rather than later. Her professionalism and attention to detail along with several other qualities clearly stood out from day one and at that point we realized we made the right decision in choosing Shannon to sell this property. If the opportunity arises to sell another property, Shannon will be at the top of our list.

She was good did have any problem
