Really cant say enough good things about Lynne as a realtor and person. She was kind, courteous, very responsive to questions and extremely professional. As a first time home buyer in a tough market, I thought my chances of finding the right house were slim to none. She put together a plan that worked for me and hunted the market, finding me a house rather quickly. Of course, my situation was unique as every situation is, but the diligence she displayed seemed innate. Negotiations, repairs, closing, etc. all went smoothly and I feel confident in my purchase.

Wow!! I had complete confidence from the moment I met her. She has a professional demeanor punctuated by excellent organizational skills and superb ideas. I met her pre-COVID-19 and was impressed by the firm handshake and eye contact. She asked what my goals were and then developed a plan; by listening to her and sticking to the plan we sold a house despite less than optimal circumstances (COVID-19 restrictions). She told me what it would take to prepare my house, she gave me the name of someone to help with the "punch list", and she was ever-present throughout the process; I never felt abandoned or that I was "on my own". She was always supervising the process. She advised me along the way and by listening to her I avoided innumerable pitfalls. She helped me find a new home in a short amount of time, and she arranged all the requisite inspections, etc around my busy schedule. We signed most paperwork electronically and every document came to me via email so I could store it in my cloud service (Apple). She was available by email, text, and phone ALL the time; she was always calm and reassuring even through a few tough times. She is an outstanding person, she is "100" out of 10 on the 0-10 scale, and she was perfect to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough; she did everything and more.
