Erin Hill gets things done. She is a do-er with an approachable personality. Her knowledge of the real estate market is impressive, and "spot on." The photography company she uses for the photo shoot and video is the best we have seen. Erin sold our home in Boxford within 2-1/2 weeks for full asking price. She stayed in touch throughout the whole process, including the successful closing. Erin also has a flair for interior design and gave us gentle words of advice and suggestions that we appreciated. I did not know Erin, but I called her after having 2 other realtors to our home (both of whom we were happy with but everyone suggests getting 3 proposals). I saw that she sold our neighbor's house within 2 weeks in the fall of 2015. She "wowed" us from the start and never disappointed.
