Erin Hill gets things done. She is a do-er with an approachable personality. Her knowledge of the real estate market is impressive, and "spot on." The photography company she uses for the photo shoot and video is the best we have seen. Erin sold our home in Boxford within 2-1/2 weeks for full asking price. She stayed in touch throughout the whole process, including the successful closing. Erin also has a flair for interior design and gave us gentle words of advice and suggestions that we appreciated. I did not know Erin, but I called her after having 2 other realtors to our home (both of whom we were happy with but everyone suggests getting 3 proposals). I saw that she sold our neighbor's house within 2 weeks in the fall of 2015. She "wowed" us from the start and never disappointed. We were always very comfortable around Erin, and she understood how difficult it was for us to put our home of 13 years on the market in order to downsize and move to another state. We cannot say enough about Erin Hill, and we thank her for her professionalism, her talents, her dedication to her job and clients, and her warm personality.

My experience with Annie was everything I could have wanted in a Real Estate Agent. Professional, honest, so very personable, and above all else, loyal and trustworthy. It is almost impossible these days to expect "super-service" from most professionals. Annie was and is the exception. Adam called me after he noticed my listing expired on a house I was trying to sell. I met with him and he told me I was his first client. I was hesitant to hire him as I wanted someone with experience. My previous agent didn't do a very good job and I was positive I wanted a realtor with more experience. Adam came to the house prepared and I figured I'd give him a shot. He did an open house the first weekend and it was a success. We sold the house very quickly. Adam followed through on everything. I didn't need to call him for any updates as he always called me with any information I needed to know. I am giving Adam a commercial building that I have to sell next month. I asked if he thought he could sell it and he replied that they have a commercial dept. at his office and they will be right there to help us if we need them. I will recommend Adam to anyone I know weather they are buying or selling.

John Swain was extremely effecient and certainly knew all of the in's and out's of selling our condo on Rantoul Street in Beverly.
